Hello My Lovely Crafty Friends!
Thanks for stopping by on my Pinque Peacock project day!
My sweet friend Jessica, owner of the Pinque Peacock, sent me this beautiful button to use on a project
(featuring Peacock colors) this month.
I love the lovely little "gems" on the satin material and wanted the button to be the highlight of my project.
Let's take a look at the card I created for you today.
Once I knew I wanted the button to be the focus of my project, I started checking out some files on the Silhouette site. When I came across this sunburst file, I knew I had just what I wanted!
Since we are featuring Peacock Colors this month on the blog, I layered various peacock colored cardstock behind the overlay of the sunburst.
This allowed me to have this pretty button in a place where it would stand out and be noticed!
I knew this card needed just a little something "extra" so to tie in with the silver gems on the button, I added some liquid pearls to the beams of the sunburst.
I hope you enjoyed my project for today. I hope you will head over to the Pinque Peacock
store and check out their fabric covered buttons and their beautiful flowers and the Oh So Pretty Stick Pins and all the wonderful goodies Jessica has for you!
Thanks so much for stopping by!

Teresa,
Your card is so pretty!!! Love how sparkly it is :)
Great button Teresa. I love how it is the focal point of the card and how you used liquid pearls to carry the button design throughout the card.
TFS!
