Another Easel Card

Front of cardOpened card

Side view...can you see the Action Wobbler spring in there? It gives the card movement!

Close up of the base of the card....the sentiment. I cut out mittens from the patterned paper to "hold" the thank you sign! I used pop up dots to give the mittens dimension and so it can hold the top of the easel open for display.

Showing the side view, see the trees in the background? They have a bit of white ink on them so they seem "brushed with snow"! You can see the Stickles on the hat and the blades of the skakes as well in this photo.

Open as it will be displayed!

Hello there! I am back with another Easel Card! I really enjoyed making the first one that I did as a challenge from the Fab 5 group on "Made This With My Cricut" from Facebook.

This card is a Thank You card for two dear friends that sent us a lovely Christmas gift! (Lori K. if you do not want to see your card on line before it arrives to you ....stop reading NOW! :)

{Patiently waiting for Lori to close this site...... OK, she's gone!! :) }

I used the Cricut Cartridge "Winter Frolic" for the skater as well as for the trees you (can barely see in the photo) that is in the background. For the ice on the pond, I just freehanded cut some while card stock. I used a bit of fuzzy rick rack trim (compliments of Tricia Colon from the Fab 5 group) and a "diamond" gem on the hat. A little bit of sparkle added on the skate blades and the hat from Stickles.

I used an Action Wobble (LOVE THESE!!!) to pop the skater up and give her movement. Such fun! I hope you can see from the side shot I how the Wobble is attached.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask! I would love to hear your comments!
