Easel Card

Adding this to the Pink Cricut Link Up Party! I love Sarah's blog!

This is my first attempt at an Easel Card. I was lucky enough to be one of the "Fab Five" from Tricia Colon's Facebook group called "Made This With My Cricut". She sent us some lovely papers and embellishments and we were instructed to make an Easel Card. I had heard of that type of card, but never attempted one. It was WAY easier that I thought it would be and I love the style, so I will for sure be making more of these!

I decided to use the Cricut Flower Shoppe Cartridge for the flower on the front and also used
Fancy Frames for the "loopy frame". Not sure if you will be able to see with the photos, but there is a "diamond" inside the center of the flower and there are "diamonds" repeated on the base of the card as well. I used the Cuttlebug to emboss the background with Swiss Dots.

Please let me know if you have ever attempted an easel card and I would love to hear your comments on mine!
